Over the last year, the East Midlands Patient Safety Collaborative (EMPSC) has been working closely with colleagues from mental health trusts and service users' representatives to support the delivery of the national Mental Health Safety Improvement Programme. This face-to-face event was to celebrate, showcase, and share learning from the work so far on reducing restrictive practice, reducing suicide and self-harm, and increasing sexual safety.
