We hosted a virtual Innovation Exchange event focused on “Digital solutions to aid Adult ADHD care pathways.” Aimed at healthcare professionals and healthcare systems, this event showcased innovations which focused on supporting Adults with ADHD and the Adult ADHD assessment process.
Delegates had the opportunity to hear from innovators with solutions that addressed at least one of the following challenge statements:

We are pleased to announce that awards of up to £25,000 are available for East Midlands organisations to support the trialling and implementation of Adult ADHD digital solutions. The application window is now open and will close on 16 January 2026.

Our Innovation Exchange event showcased 11 digital solutions. The selected innovators presented their innovations and demonstrated how their solutions respond to the challenge statements outlined above.
The event presented the innovations under two categories: Deployment ready and Early Evidence Generation.
Innovations in this category have met all required regulatory approvals and have either evidenced their impacts and return on investment in existing healthcare deployments or are ready for real-world evidence generation.
Technologies in this category are eligible to be considered as part of the Innovation Fund.

beseen™ is a digital tool for NHS ADHD, Autism and dual-assessment services. It specialises in patient profiling, gathering clear, structured information from service users to support triage and provides personalised guidance to help them to wait well. The tool helps to review and prioritise waiting lists and can generate pre-assessment reports tailored to local workflows.

Brain in Hand's digital coaching tool offers practical neurodiversity support by helping users create personalised strategies, prompts and routines that they can access anytime. It offers practical, real-time help that supports people on waiting lists with on-demand human support available within 30 minutes, 24/7, building confidence and reducing the need for reactive care.
ChatHealth is a secure NHS-developed texting platform designed to enable safe and confidential two-way communication between healthcare professionals and service users. It offers easily accessible and timely two-way communication that is simple for users, who can send a simple text message from their phone, and is efficient and effective for services to deliver.
A clinically guided platform offering an initial ADHD pre-screen to identify service users who need a full assessment and provide support to those who do not require a referral. The platform provides a personalised digital toolkit with localised self-help and therapy resources, helping users to manage symptoms and easing pressure on services by reducing unnecessary referrals.
EBO’s Conversational AI Virtual Assistant encourages self management of ADHD by signposting users to waiting well resources and clinician approved therapeutic content. It delivers personalised, intelligent two-way communication and gathers data through interactive dialogues sent via link or SMS, helping to reduce administrative burden and improve clinical decision-making.
QbCheck is an online and in-clinic ADHD assessment tool. It uses a standard laptop and webcam to track a user’s attention, movement and impulsivity while they perform a simple computer-based task. When the task is completed, QbCheck instantly generates a report comparing the user's performance to typical age and sex-matched data, assisting clinicians in spotting signs of ADHD.
Tend VR-MBI delivers mindfulness-based therapy through immersive VR to help adults with ADHD manage anxiety and depression. Users complete eight guided VR sessions in calming environments with narration and interactive tasks that build core mindfulness skills. The VR format supports focus and reduces cognitive load through present-moment awareness, self-compassion and positive affect cultivation.
ThinkDivergent is a neuro-inclusive digital platform that streamlines adult ADHD assessment by guiding patients through an accessible app and creating automated personalised clinical reports. Designed with clinicians and people with lived experience, it provides built-in clinical guidance and accessible strengths-based, trauma-sensitive diagnostic reports, aimed at empowering patients.
Navigator is a secure digital platform that brings clinicians, adults, parents, and teachers together to manage ADHD treatment in both young people and adults more efficiently and safely. It works both independently and alongside existing health record systems to automate data collection, track symptoms and medication effects in real time and support safer prescribing.
Innovations in this category are still in development. Some may require small-scale, localised activities to generate initial evidence of their usability and potential impact. They may require more formal research to evidence safety and effectiveness. Innovators invite interested parties to collaborate in testing and learning, helping to build a foundation of insights that can inform future exploration, research, adoption and wider spread.

Dubbii is a body-doubling app designed to help people with ADHD stay focused through digital accountability and community support. It offers daily live group sessions and step-by-step follow along videos that break household and personal tasks down into simple actions, providingstructure, motivation, and accessible support that complements clinical care.
