Our Culture Coach Skills Sessions are now available as a free, online and open‑access course for anyone interested in improving workplace culture.

Originally designed for Culture Coaches working within maternity and neonatal services, the programme has now been expanded so colleagues across all sectors can benefit from the same practical tools and insights.

A positive workplace culture is essential for staff wellbeing, effective communication and high‑quality care. Yet many people have limited access to structured training that explains what culture is, how it forms, and how individuals can influence it. The Culture Coach Skills Sessions aim to bridge this gap by offering a flexible, accessible introduction to key cultural development skills.

The course includes eight short modules, each designed to be completed at your own pace. Topics cover core communication and facilitation skills, active listening and empathy, managing difficult conversations, psychological safety, understanding human behaviour, visible leadership, storytelling for change and sustaining long‑term improvements. You can complete the full programme or simply choose the modules that interest you most.

Whether you are a manager looking to support your team, a member of staff wanting to build confidence, or someone simply curious about how culture works, this course offers practical learning you can apply immediately in your workplace. It is suitable for all roles and all levels, and no prior experience is needed.
