In 2025-26 HIEM ran a series of skills webinars for maternity and neonatal staff working in trusts across the East Midlands. The content of which is transferable and suitable for staff working across other clincial settings

The webinars were based around the Culture Coach concept which aims to help staff, from all grades, teams and backgrounds to improve their confidence about culture change and feel empowered to make positive change happen.

The webinars cover topics that are useful to people working across different specialties and grades, and we have made them available to download.
