The primary care sector is evolving rapidly. As demands for appointments surge, finding efficient ways to manage and reduce administrative tasks becomes vital. The main objective is to ensure patient safety and streamline operations, creating more time for care.

In October 2023 we held an Innovation Exchange event to create an opportunity for innovators and health and care audeinces to hear more about the Digital Innovations that are available to support Primary Care.

We collaborated with experts and leaders in the region to understand the key challenges the industry is trying to overcome. This event focused on digital solutions that can meet those challenges. 

The digital solutions presented addressed one or more of the following areas:

• Streamlining administrative tasks.
• Enhancing the efficiency of reception staff and care navigators.
• Empowering medical professionals by freeing up their time.
• Tapping into the potential of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) in primary care.
• Boosting overall safety and efficiency while decreasing workload.
