East Midlands PSC (EMPSC) is seeking the tendering of quotes to provide a blended learning approach to Quality Improvement Capability Building in the area of Deterioration, including the Emergency Department (ED) checklist. This work will include supporting a range of stakeholders to implement the ED safety checklist and early warning systems and the SBAR communication tool.

EMPSC has set up a number of Communities of Practice (COP) to support this work and the successful contractor will work with our staff and stakeholders through these groups, including:

• COP for NEWs in acute and ambulance settings
• COP for deterioration in care homes: including events and training days through our LPZ programme.

Outline

We are interested in achieving a blended approach to learning; face to face, e-learning, remote coaching etc. in order to maximise our return on investment and ensure learning opportunities are accessible to a range of staff groups. We are seeking quotes from companies or individuals with a track record of success in this area.
