Health Innovation East Midlands (HIEM) wants to hear from adults with ADHD (Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder) and parents/carers of children with ADHD in the East Midlands who have experienced the NHS ADHD pathway.
HIEM is inviting participants to take part in an interactive demonstration* of a new digital technology designed to support ADHD assessments, and to share feedback to help shape its development.
The focus groups will be held virtually using Microsoft Teams on Wednesday 7 May 2025. Session times are as follows:
Parents/Carers: 12:30pm – 2:00pm
Adults with ADHD: 4:00pm – 5:30pm

Qbtech, whose mission is to improve the lives of those with ADHD, is creating a new tool to help with ADHD assessments. This tool lets patients fill out important forms and tests online before or during their evaluation. It includes symptom checklists, patient history, and other tests.
In the session, we will be exploring:
Feedback from the session will be collated by Qbtech and used to help shape the development of the new tool. Getting patient feedback is a crucial part of ensuring the tool meets users' needs, improves functionality and enhances overall user satisfaction. All feedback will be anonymised, and no personally identifiable information will be shared outside of the focus group.
