As part of the national drive to tackle CVD, the EMAHSN have over the last few months been delivering a number of educational events around Lipid Management, FH and BPO.

We are now excited to share with you our collaboration with HEART UK and Yorkshire and Humber AHSN, to bring you the first episode in this series of The Lipidology Podcast – Understanding QOF: The 2023/24 Lipid Indicators.

This episode explores the role of cholesterol within secondary prevention with reference to two new cholesterol indicators which have been added to the 2023/24 Quality Outcome Framework (QOF) that has now been published. You will hear more about the two new indicators, why they are important and practical steps on how you can achieve them.
