East Midlands Patient Safety Collaborative will be hosting it's next ‘Connecting Together’ webinar for care homes on Thursday 14 July 2022, 1.00-2.30 pm.

The webinar has been designed for care home staff in the region and will focus on the theme, ‘Managing frailty in care homes’.

Also taking place will be the East Midlands Care Home Awards for ‘Improvement Leadership’. This is for an individual or team that has shown exceptional leadership in driving improvements in personalised advanced care planning and end-of-life care between April 2021 and April 2022.
