The 2020-21 Impact report highlights how the EMAHSN has supported the local NHS and care system to make some tremendous transformations during an unprecedented year.

Impacts include:

• 100% rollout of Covid Oximetry @Home and Covid virtual wards
• 97% reduction in unnecessary outpatient follow up appointments in one acute trust pathway – using a digital approach
• 1/3rd reduction in waiting times for assessment and treatment for eating disorders
• 10,000 children across England supported to have an objective ADHD assessment in a programme that started in the East Midlands
• 91,000 fewer tablets and positive feedback following changes to paracetamol prescribing in care homes
