Applications are now open for the role of an Independent Director to join our Governance Board. The deadline for applications is Thursday 4 February 2021.

This role is crucial to the assurance of our effective governance and the long-term vision and strategy of the organisation.

We are seeking someone who is passionate about what we do, possess the ability to be a strategic board level leader and be a strong team player. The ideal candidate will have experience of working at, or close to, board level. Coupled with extensive experience of partnership building and be able to apply independent judgment and experience to the benefit of the EMAHSN, its stakeholders and its wider community. We are also keen to hear from those who can bring innovative approaches to address health inequality and who will contribute new and different ways of thinking.

Along with our other Independent Directors, the successful candidate will work closely with the Chair to provide the necessary support, guidance and challenge to the EMAHSN Executive Team.
