This session provided insight into important considerations when conducting healthcare evaluations, with experts from Health Innovation East Midlands sharing their experience of scoping, managing and overseeing evaluation projects. 

We heard about the Pan-LLR Integrated Chronic Kidney Disease Transformation Project (LUCID) evaluation project recently conducted, with the project team (and their evaluators) sharing their project, how they conducted their evaluation and the outcomes identified.
