Commercial and clinical innovator support

The ‘Innovation Exchange’ is how we bridge the gap between industry and the NHS. It is a coordinated way to identify, select and support the adoption of innovations that respond to specific challenges identified by our Integrated Care Systems (ICSs) and healthcare partners.

Drawing upon our expertise in brokering conversations and collaboration, the Innovation Exchange process brings together partners in a range of ways, including events and webinars, workshops and facilitated discussions.

The process is grounded in our support for healthcare partners to develop clear statements of need, that have the potential to be addressed by innovators.

Our signposting activity includes communicating the demand to innovators, and positively encouraging an environment that allows different organisations and sectors to collaborate, adopt new ways of working, and build the resilience to take on sustainable change.
