Data driven insight

Data analysis to support transformation and decision making

Our Health Analytics and Informatics team are experts in making data and analytics digestible, accessible, and insightful for health and care organisations. Their mission is to help make sense of data to enable and inform decision making, supporting Integrated Care Systems (ICSs) and their constituent organisations to focus on a population health place-based approach to service transformation.

Our team provides patient centred analytics to support health systems including:

  • Expertise and advice on how data can be used to better understand the patient pathway and improvements in quality, safety and efficiency of care.
  • Supporting the generation and use of evidence to understand the benefits innovation can unlock.
  • Building workforce skills and capability to analyse and support decisions that are informed by high quality data and insight.
